Senior Embedded Software Quality Assurance Specialist

A skilled Embedded Software Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing embedded software tests for sprayers, both in the lab and in the field.
The primary activities of this role include creating and reviewing test plans and test cases, tracking validation metrics, and leading improvements in test processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive software test plans, identify critical software features, and perform field and lab tests;
- Execute or review/approve test specifications/test cases for software performance validation;
- Establish and track software test metrics (requirements to test case coverage, test case data, test results, bugs found, bugs escaped, etc.);
- Lead efforts for software test process enhancements within a product development team.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, or integrating products that were successfully delivered to production, especially electrical and mechatronic systems;
- Proficiency in using test lab equipment, data acquisition, and data analysis tools;
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical/software/mechanical issues;
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams;
- Demonstrated skills in clear communication of technical data and project information;
- Ability to travel to test sites and customer locations as required to support software testing;
- Willingness to adapt to changing work schedules and travel internationally (at least 50%) to support product testing.
