Technical Layout Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical specialist to create and verify technical layouts for the development of solutions from initial concept engineering through installation and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities- Support pre-sale activities by evaluating proposed solutions for practicality, logistics, and risk mitigation.
- Develop accurate layout drawings and 3D models of parts and equipment, including dimensions, tolerances, fits, finishes, and materials.
- Verify drawings, layouts, and bills of material for accuracy and compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Support manufacturing and purchasing personnel in interpreting customer and manufacturing drawings and material lists.
- Engage in field and service center work, supporting hardware implementation into client compressors.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent with 2+ years of industrial experience in rotating machinery, or an Associate degree in drafting or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in reverse engineering and dimensional inspection techniques.
- Possesses high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel up to 25% annually.
