Agricultural Commodities Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Commodities Sales Specialist to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies across Brazil geographies for Grains clients, creating value and capturing revenues from existing client bases, and developing new client pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Brazilian Grains market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of OTC Grains products.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Support senior team members with coverage of existing clients, onboarding of new clients, and business development workflows.
- Collaborate with brokers across Marex to drive synergies and potential new business opportunities.
- Ensure that all actions and behaviors are aligned with the Company's values and conduct rules.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, a dynamic work environment, and a chance to work with a leading global financial services platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A sound understanding of global commodities (in particular Grains) markets and OTC Grains products.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills with a proven track record of building strong long-lasting relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the financial service markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
