Lead Data Analytics Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of analytics solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Lead a team of data analytics developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate analytics insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles within data analytics and visualization.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
