Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone, live chat, or email from customers.
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover potential sales opportunities and assess client requirements.
  • Maintain precise documentation and gather customer feedback and suggestions.
  • Ensure that outstanding service is consistently provided to all customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for management review.
  • Offer guidance and support to junior staff and new team members.
  • Collaborate with the Department Head regarding any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Finance, Trading, or Sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is required.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in trading, investment, or finance is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including remote work options.
