Job Overview:

We are seeking a technical expert to fill the Bluebeam Product Support Executive position. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze work assignments based on priority and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with onsite leads and coordinate support activities and development initiatives from offshore locations.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and key users to understand their requirements and issues.
  • Coordinate and follow up with product vendors for handling product bugs and defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Bluebeam products administration and ITIL processes.
  • Hands-on experience with installation and upgrading of Bluebeam products like Revu Standard, Revu CAD, and Revu Extreme, as well as other relevant applications.
  • Good knowledge of Bluebeam product license administration, product assignments, installation, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.
  • Leadership and mentoring capacities, with excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Linux administration skills and experience.
