Job Summary

This role is accountable for spearheading Sales Effectiveness and Customer Service initiatives. As a senior leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Influence senior stakeholders across functional groups to inform sales planning with customer insight, category intelligence, and competitive knowledge.">
  3. Enable digitalization strategy through assessments of customers, channels, and customer position relative to Mars goals.">
  4. Lead the Sales Communication and Capability team to identify opportunities and leverage information to prioritize focus areas.">
  5. Steward Sales Effectiveness by allocating resources to priority projects and keeping the Customer Leadership Team informed of progress and impacts.">
  6. Establish guidelines for collaboration between Sales Field and Back Office, including business goals, roles, responsibilities, checkpoints, and escalation procedures.">
  7. Improve sales planning techniques to enhance customer service, monitoring risks for stock-outs and overstocking while prioritizing customer needs.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Marketing (Advanced degree preferred)">
  • Fluent English language skills">
  • Business Analytics experience in Sales, Category Management, Operations, and/or Finance">
  • Ability to describe CPG business scenarios quantitatively and define relevant performance metrics">
  • Functional knowledge of analytics software (Excel Power Query, Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview)">
  • Conceptual understanding of data architectures, including data capture, storage, mapping, reporting">
  • Ability to manage projects independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment">
  • Effective communication and presentation skills">
  • Demonstrated ability to re-engineer processes and perform change management">
  • Strong understanding of financials as it relates to client account management">
  • Exceptional leadership skills">
  • Merchandising understanding and previous experience managing front-end categories">
  • Ability to build and manage High Performance teams">
  • Ability to manage major projects and bring significant change to the business using effective business change methodology">
