About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions for our transportation network, encompassing first, middle, and last mile operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and analyze in-depth reports to track transportation performance metrics across first, middle, and last mile operations
  • Develop dynamic dashboards to provide real-time visibility into the entire transportation network
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand upstream and downstream process dependencies critical to successful program execution
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights and partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all stages of the transportation network
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and SOPs to internal and external customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in transportation, supply chain, or a related field
  • Experience in report/dashboard development using tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Background in logistics operations, e-commerce, or related industry
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to query and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
