Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, providing guidance and support to clients, and achieving key performance indicators.

  • You will greet and communicate effectively with clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Using your knowledge of our company's products and services, you will provide helpful advice and recommendations to clients, helping them to make informed decisions.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to drive positive business results, meeting set targets and objectives.
  • To ensure seamless communication, you will maintain accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers using our CRM system.
  • In addition, you will assist team members with their diary management, ensuring that schedules are up-to-date and appointments are fulfilled.
  • To excel in this role, you will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development, expanding your knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • You will also show flexibility in supporting our branch network as required, working collaboratively with colleagues to meet business needs.
  • Finally, you will adhere to set standards and procedures to ensure quality remains at the highest levels.
Requirements
  • You will be competent in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing environments is considered an asset.
Skills & Qualifications
  • You will be friendly, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • You will be attentive to detail, capable of accurate record-keeping, and able to work deadlines, prioritize tasks, think critically, and solve problems with good listening skills.
  • You will be fluent in spoken and written English and Maltese.
