Job Overview:

We're seeking an accomplished Service Desk Analyst with French language proficiency to provide exceptional support to our EMEA clients.

About the Role:

  • Provide primary support for Decision Analytics software applications
  • Manage incidents, escalating as necessary
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure services meet agreed service levels and performance standards
  • Generate monthly reports on Hunter and Transact utilisation
  • Contribute to creating, implementing, and managing SLAs and OLA's

Requirements:

  • High level of French language skills
