Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to oversee all finance accounting operations, reporting directly to the LATAM Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accounting functions including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Compliance, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Coordinate statutory and US GAAP monthly reporting, preparing timely financial statements, and liaising with Business Finance for quarterly supplementary reports and annual budgets.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English language and Spanish.
  • 10+ years of combined accounting and finance experience.
  • Advanced degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Understanding of SOX and financial control framework.
  • Leadership qualities and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.

Our ideal candidate possesses a broad understanding of financial management, technology, and project management techniques, enabling them to implement, improve, and maintain financial systems. They should be able to analyze and assess finance function performance indicators and evaluate short and long-term financing outlays.
