We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to deliver high-quality patient care in our team at the Northern region. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with quality management principles and hospital policies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families and healthcare teams.
- Participate in educational programs and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing practice and skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and services.
Requirements
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Post graduate courses (within last five years) appropriate to service assignment or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to promote safe, competent, patient care.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the health care team.
