Marketing Director Ostomy and Continence Care

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled marketer to join our team as a Marketing Director Ostomy and Continence Care. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the entire Latin-American region, focusing on Ostomy Care and Continence Care.

  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement across Latin America.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry associations, and influencers, to expand market reach and brand credibility.
  • Analyze data to identify key pain points across customer and patient journeys, developing insights that drive actionable growth strategies.
  • Lead a team of marketers to achieve established sales and profit goals.
About This Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who has a deep understanding of the Medical Devices business in LATAM region. You should have extensive progressive marketing generalist experience in environments that value excellence and drive high standards.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with executive and Sr leadership.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
