Job Description:

The People and Culture Business Partner plays a vital role in driving our organization's mission. This individual will collaborate with management and employees across the business to ensure that Volvo Group is a great place to work for everyone.

The primary objective of this role is to provide best-in-class People & Culture support to the business, working closely with management and employees to improve performance and achieve results.

This is a hands-on and strategic role that requires the ability to work effectively across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning and development, and ad hoc projects.

Who Are You?

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has a proven track record of success in similar roles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The successful candidate will also have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple goals and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they will have experience in managing substantial amounts of classified/sensitive information and will be highly adaptable and effective in virtual and cross-cultural environments.
