Job Description:
  • Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers and team members, providing support for selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks.

This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work. You will be responsible for operating cash registers, recovering merchandise, participating in freight processes, completing Plan-o-gram procedures, assembling merchandise, performing janitorial duties, executing price changes/markdowns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • No experience required; retail experience and/or knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment such as forklifts and balers. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
