
Retail Customer Service Representative

Candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a retail setting, ensuring customers receive a personalized experience that meets their needs. This includes greeting customers warmly, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns as needed.
- Restock shelves, update inventory, and perform other tasks as directed by management.
- Support opening and closing store activities, including preparing the store for business and securing it at the end of the day.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to stand for long periods, occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds, and performing tasks that require manual dexterity.
- Good visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing computer screens and inspecting small parts.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is desirable.
