We are seeking a dynamic D2C Sales Operations Expert to drive success in our Smartphones business. This role offers exciting opportunities to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, inventory, and supply chain operations.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both B2C and B2B industries, with a focus on e-commerce and marketplace dynamics. Your ability to analyze data across all channels and KPIs will enable you to make informed decisions that align with our strategic objectives.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize sales forecasting, inventory control, and account allocation.

You will be responsible for managing SCM responsibilities, including consensus-building, AP1 allocation, and gap analysis. Additionally, you will align and define targets in collaboration with the division to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse operations, defining management and target plans, and coordinating efforts with key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee target achievement (TGT), actual performance (ACT), and gap analysis for D2C accounts and SKUs.
  • Monitor inventory availability by warehouse (WH) and SKU across platforms like VTEX and NERP.
