Effective supply chain management is crucial in driving the success of our D2C Business. We are seeking a highly skilled Supply and Planning Manager to oversee the coordination between sales, inventory, and supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage SCM responsibilities, including consensus-building, AP1 allocation, and gap analysis to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Align and define targets in collaboration with the division to guarantee alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee target achievement (TGT), actual performance (ACT), and gap analysis for D2C accounts and SKUs.
  • Monitor inventory availability by warehouse (WH) and SKU across platforms like VTEX and NERP.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as logistics or business administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Fluent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage multiple channels and KPIs with precision.
  • A proactive approach with high ownership and accountability for problem-solving.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, adaptability to changing priorities, and a collaborative mindset.
