**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at Novartis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient infusion journey, from product delivery to infusion completion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Collaborate with the Patient Support team to confirm product delivery and infusion dates.
Work closely with the Nurse Navigator role to align all necessary information.
Support the hospital with order placement and ensure cross-functional communication to prevent disruptions.
Be the focal point of contact for customs clearance procedures and prioritize product delivery accordingly.
Ensure that the entire experience is reflected throughout the patient's treatment, across possible 6 doses of infusions.
**Requirements:**
Previous experience in International Trade (Import/Export) or Supply Chain.
Holistic view of the Hospital, Novartis, and Patient ecosystem (matrix work).
Fluent in English.
