4flow Software specializes in developing a suite of globally recognized software solutions tailored for logistics and transportation planning, applicable across various sectors. Our software's integrated planning methodology encompasses everything from long-term network structure optimization to short-term transport utilization enhancement. Furthermore, the planning outcomes can be seamlessly integrated with transport processing and billing to create a comprehensive transport management system, known as the 4flow iTMS.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Software Support Specialist at 4flow, you will serve as the primary contact for addressing software bugs, unusual system behaviors, and other related concerns within our integrated systems.

  • Deliver exceptional software support through our ticketing system and via phone.
  • Address customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving reported issues.
  • Provide second-level support to both external and internal clients for our 4flow Software Products.
  • Ensure prompt solutions or workarounds within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with our third-level support team to deepen product knowledge and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams and departments to enhance customer service.

  • Completion of relevant training in software or a degree from a university or technical college; other educational backgrounds may be considered if closely related to software.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (BRT).
  • Practical experience in software support, particularly in complex software environments.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Enjoyment of customer interactions, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Patient demeanor with a willingness to explain concepts clearly.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communication style (especially over the phone).
