Sales Strategy and Operations Lead

This position drives strategic progress, problem-solving, and mentorship of junior team members. It requires in-depth expertise and applied knowledge within a specific area.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing thought leadership to sales leadership and cross-functional leaders on annual and quarterly planning processes.
  2. Structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations.
  3. Managing ongoing and ad-hoc strategic initiatives across the global organization.
  4. Project managing, cross-functionally coordinating, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience working with client and stakeholder executives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational and business initiatives. They should also be able to communicate in English fluently and have excellent investigative and data analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and execute work plans, gather data, lead analyses, and develop recommendations.
