We are looking for a qualified individual to lead our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, managing the teaching team, and ensuring excellence in teaching, assessment, and teacher development.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing international education company and take on a senior leadership role. As a Director of Studies, you will play a critical part in shaping the academic vision and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic academic direction and ensure that all academic processes align with industry best practices.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of curricula and teaching resources.
  • Maintain and raise academic quality standards across the programme.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in academic leadership, teacher training, and curriculum development. You should also have experience managing remote teams and adapting to changing needs.

The ideal candidate will have a TEFL qualification, DELTA or DipTESOL, and extensive experience teaching General English to adults online and in-person. They will also have a proven track record in teacher training, mentoring, and academic leadership.

In addition to these qualifications, you should have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
