Strategic HR PartnerJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's people agenda and driving business success.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a regional people strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop performance, succession, and career management plans.
- Evolving HR function, roles, and structure within LATAM region in line with Kantar strategy.
- Drive delivery of strategic talent management initiatives in line with global Kantar Worldpanel strategy.
- Partner with Reward & Recognition CoE to develop reward and remuneration structures.
- Establish collaborative working partnerships with critical HR partners.
- Use key messages to build Worldpanel LATAM Employer Value Proposition.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement.
- Realize potential to improve employee experience and drive strategy to increase satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent with focus on Human Resources, Business Management or relevant area.
- Previous experience supporting Commercial organisations in a HR capacity such as Senior Business Partner/Generalist.
- Experience working in a global environment and matrixed organisation.
