**Country HR Specialist**
We're looking for a talented Country HR Specialist to join our People Services team. This role will support our team members and customers across allocated countries, focusing on LATAM but may include some European countries.
Job DescriptionAs a Country HR Specialist, you will provide expert guidance on HR topics to internal Oyster teams and external stakeholders. Your extensive country HR experience and customer-focused approach will help us navigate complex employee relations matters and ensure seamless benefits management.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft country-specific information on HR topics in our team format.
- Answer questions on HR topics that our first-line teams cannot resolve.
- Provide internal training on HR topics as needs arise.
- Look for opportunities to proactively improve country-specific HR information.
- Attend customer calls from time to time when there are questions on country-specific HR information.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6+ years of generalist HR experience.
- Experience providing HR support across multiple LATAM countries.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
