If you're fueled by pioneering ideas, enjoy challenging the status quo, and are determined to make a significant impact, PIL wants you as a part of our dynamic community of maritime professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are completed in compliance with company policies and local regulations.Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, initial candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
Work closely with the Regional HR Manager to meet staffing needs.Employee Relations: Support positive workplace relationships by providing assistance with employee queries and fostering an inclusive environment.HR Administration: Maintain HR records, manage employee files, and update internal databases with employee information (e.g., new hires, terminations, leave balances).
Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information, supporting the compensation and benefits process.HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
