IT Support Specialist
">We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.
">- About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years' experience providing field support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and fixing problems without impacting warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent customer management skills, oral and written communication, and ability to interact with customers at different levels.
- This role requires self-driven and result-oriented individuals with a passion for work and ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories.
- Install and troubleshoot hardware issues, including enterprise LAN, WAN, server setups, and concepts.
- Perform smart and physical assistance under instruction, including lifting and moving computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
- Assist with conference room A/V equipment and basic VOIP phone configuration and troubleshooting.
- Support peripheral and networking hardware, including mobile device management systems and data backups.
- Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Associate degree in electronics or related field and CompTIA A+ certification.
- Knowledge and experience of service requests and incident management process, ticketing tools, and network protocols.
