Key Responsibilities:- Create clinical education materials related to investigations.
- Provide expertise and insights on devices, procedures, and protocols throughout the investigation cycle.
- Certify centers, physicians, staff, and personnel as per standard operating procedures.
- Interact with key opinion leaders and proctors.
- Offer education on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Develop and improve training curriculum, materials, and tools based on trial experience and guidelines.
- Conduct business intelligence and provide follow-up support to ensure patient outcome continuity.
- Plan growth strategies with sales teams and upsell in key accounts.
- Validate software and hardware updates as applicable.
- Three years of medical device and/or clinical knowledge.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Training knowledge in clinical/technical environments preferred.
- Basic-intermediate English level required.
