The Sales Business Control Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales team, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions. This role will be responsible for driving business performance through effective financial control, planning, and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Create a high-performing Controlling team through leadership, individual/team development plans, and effective performance management.
- Business Partnering and Decision Support: Provide relevant analysis and insights to support the development of the business on a continuous basis through revenue, investments, margin, and profit pool analyses.
- Planning: Lead and coordinate the governance cycle for Heineken's profitability journey, ensuring End-to-End processes and analysis.
- Business Performance Management: Monitor and develop insight on the quantitative and qualitative performance for the OpCo, communicating this insight through streamlined reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years in Controlling and Consultancy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels.
- Analytics: Strong analytics skills and tools, including business case preparation.
- English: Advanced English language proficiency (speaking and writing).
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience, influencing skills, and challenging approach.
