Operations & Logistics Manager

Effective operations are crucial for driving growth and efficiency in various marketplaces. This role involves overseeing smooth airport, big event, and venue operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Problem Solving: Identify risks and opportunities to propose the best approach to drive efficiencies and growth.
  • Process Optimization: Implement and scale core analyses and processes across the country to enhance operational performance.
  • Business Acumen: Monitor and interpret operational metrics to inform strategy and action plans.
  • Partner Management: Manage relationships with ongoing airport partnerships through analysis, communication, and partnership growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Consulting, Operations, or Product Management.
  • English language proficiency.
  • SQL skills required.
  • Data-driven decision mentality through strong analytical thinking.
  • Communication: Ability to discuss with commercial partners in a clear and collaborative manner.
  • Planning & Organization: Ability to create project plans and manage multiple demands on time.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
