Our company is growing fast and has more opportunities than the current sales team can handle on their own. We are looking for a Client Solutions Engagement Analyst to lead the first phase of the client journey.
You'll step into early conversations once a lead is qualified, sit shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, and help them make sense of what they really need. You'll ask sharp questions, challenge assumptions, map out business problems, and shape solutions in partnership with a Tech Lead, a UX designer, and QA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements. They will build a strong rapport with business and technical stakeholders, own the creation of proposals, timelines, and solution outlines, and collaborate with Sales, UX, QA, and Engineering on scoping.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
- Proven background supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
- Strong history of working with cross-functional teams (Tech Lead, UX, QA).
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and common delivery risks.
- Experience in mid-sized or growth-stage tech firms.
- Background collaborating with stakeholders across business and tech.
