Operations Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the home journey from inspection to move-in readiness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple homes, vendors, and deadlines without dropping details.
  • Converting inspection notes into punch lists; defining scope, materials, and sequencing (repairs > cleaning > photos).
  • Coordinating with inspectors, handypeople, painters, cleaners, locksmiths, and photographers to ensure access and day-of readiness.
  • Scheduling vendors efficiently and re-sequence quickly to protect timelines.
  • Running pre- and post-repair QA; confirming photo-readiness; ensuring listing criteria and brand standards are met.
  • Driving revenue execution by comparing quotes, choosing the most affordable trusted option, and pushing work to completion and invoicing to realize revenues.
  • Communicating clearly with homeowners, internal teams, and residents – no surprises.
  • Escalating access issues, power/water, furnished homes, or special conditions quickly to avoid delays.
  • Tracking everything in our product – every task, date, and invoice.

  • CSAT from homeowners and residents
