Engineering Manager Position

At our organization, we value talent development and delivering high-quality projects to clients. We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager who can cultivate an environment where talent flourishes and collaboration is maximized.

This role involves building, developing, and leading a highly engaged and performing team. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss career progression and performance. Additionally, you will lead formal performance reviews and advocate for your team's compensation and promotion recommendations.

The ideal candidate will be able to assess their team's skills, identify gaps, and collaborate with the People Team on hiring and training initiatives. They will also support technical candidate assessment and the recruitment process, as well as manage team capacity and forecast future hiring needs to support our project pipeline.

As an Engineering Manager, you will engage in meaningful conversations with your team members, understand their needs and aspirations, and work together to optimize team performance.
