About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People Operations Team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the relationship between the company and our Brazil and Mexico employees is fair, respectful, and constructive.

Your Mission

This is an exciting opportunity to support and advise Wisers and Leads in relation to complex issues, balancing our exposure to risks, and ensuring that everything is in accordance with our Code of Conduct. You will be responsible for independently owning ER matters end-to-end within your dedicated business functions, partnering with People Advisors around the globe in cross-geographical ER cases, and collaborating with People Partners to complement their functional business insights with your ER data and expertise.

About You

  • Strong HR experience in a HR Advisor/ER Specialist role, owning and advising on a range of ER matters end-to-end.
  • Subject matter expert in employment law and ER advice, with a strong knowledge of Brazil's employment law landscape.
  • Strong growth mindset, being resilient to and excited about change in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Data-driven, with a focus on analyzing and identifying data-driven trends to inform your approach.
  • A heap of empathy and emotional intelligence, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Collaborative, with tested mediation skills and the ability to build and foster relationships.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Suite, Slack, Workday, and other HR tools.
