We are seeking a seasoned leader to guide the development of our data infrastructure. As a Data Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving the technical and strategic vision for our embedded data pods and foundational enablers.

This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, engineering principles, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable data solutions that meet current and future business needs.

About the Role
  • Lead the development of enterprise-scale data solutions using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies
  • Drive the technical and strategic vision for our data platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data engineers, providing coaching, guidance, and support
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience working in data engineering, data platforms, or related domains
  • 2+ years of hands-on management experience, including team leadership and people management
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience hiring and growing teams
  • Prior experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
