About this role:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will work within our Fragrance and Beauty division in São Paulo (Zona Oeste). You will report to the Client Care Manager and be responsible for overseeing root cause analysis, quality, and speed of complaint management for clients.

  • Respond to customer queries and requests
  • Enter customer orders for trial orders and new business opportunities into SAP following order entry procedures and prioritizing according to different scenarios
  • Collaborate with the Client Care Support Office where necessary to ensure regular orders are accurate
  • Confirm orders, inventory availability, and provide dispatch information as relevant
  • Verify shipment dates are correct and align with customers' requirements: specific details on labeling, packaging, stockholding, and logging on the system
  • Coordinate with Planning to share forecasting/market intelligence related to planning and stock issues
  • Update and maintain electronic client records, including contracts and special requirements, such as labeling, packaging, stock holding, and VMI, among others
  • Oversee root cause analysis, quality, and speed of complaint management for clients, ensuring key partners are involved for resolution and follow-up, escalating if needed
  • Work with Sales Teams to resolve mutual problems, including client visits
  • Be an integral part of the Efficiency Improvement Initiative to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities
