This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator - Exams and Customer Services. As part of this position, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Cambridge English Qualifications in four key areas: Exam and Test Delivery, Partner Support and Quality & Compliance, Sales Support, and Centre Network Management. Your primary objective will be to ensure the timely completion of key processes, guaranteeing compliance and successful delivery of exams.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Provide support for Linguaskill and CEPT initiatives.">
- Support the implementation of innovations and new processes at preparation centres and within the centre network.">
- Organize conferences, events, and regional encounters to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.">
- Deliver exam day staff training and internal staff training to ensure consistency and quality.">
- Assist with the onboarding process of new exam centres and CEMs.">
- Sustain quality compliance processes, including inspections, audits, and speaking examiners' system.">
- Translate local operations and customer services documentation.">
- Participate in regional meetings and sessions with UK teams to build strong working relationships.">
Requirements:

- Demonstrate excellent customer service and decision-making skills.">
- Possess strong MS Office skills and proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.">
- Showcase excellent time management skills, prioritizing workload efficiently and meeting deadlines.">
- Educational background or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.">
- Experience working in a global organization and directly with customers is highly valued.">
- Familiarity with the educational sector and/or exam delivery is beneficial but not required.">
