This software operates on proprietary hardware platforms supplied by a leading telecommunications equipment manufacturer.
Our customer support involves troubleshooting baseband software issues and analyzing Trouble Reports (TR).
The problems we address pertain to software, interference, coverage, hardware, optimization, environment, or other undefined concerns.
Data analysis scripts help us process large volumes of information.
- Upgrading the software causes a 5% crash rate on nodes, which resolves after downgrading.
- Spontaneous throughput degradation occurs after locking and unlocking cells.
- Voice quality degrades.
- Sleeping cells are encountered.
Key skills include knowledge of LTE or 5G protocols, Uu interface expertise, UE attachment procedures, troubleshooting experience, Linux terminal proficiency, code comprehension, and higher education in Computer Science or related fields.
