Key Responsibilities
  • Business Liaison: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT systems development teams to identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives.
  • Solution Development: Research business requirements and document the relationships between components of the application system, including end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices.
  • Application Requirements: Translate business requirements into application requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of processes and systems.
  • Project Management: Manage projects and processes, working independently with limited supervision, and coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.
  • Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, reducing costs, lead time, and improving quality.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain manuals of systems and processes, including flows, screens, technical specifications, and develop training plans for systems users.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ERP SAP, development tools, PowerBI, PowerApps, SharePoint, and knowledge in programming (SQL Server, C#).
  • Language: Advanced English (required) and intermediate Spanish (desirable).
