Reporting directly to the VP, International Presales, a Manager Solution Consulting leads one of the regional SC teams, providing support and leadership to achieve corporate and local business goals.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:- As part of the management team, you will be responsible for Solution Consulting, delivering high-level support to regional sales teams.
- You will develop the EIM portfolio knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills of the SC team and the wider SC community to deliver first-class support.
- You will support your team in a well-defined part of the regional business, in regular contact with the VP, International Presales.
- You will work with Sales to qualify opportunities and mitigate risks, collaborating with periphery departments to reduce the risk of a deal being lost to product issues.
- You will take personal ownership of the most important deals your team is involved in each quarter.
- You will present high-level strategy to CxO level executives.
- You will leverage existing data sources to develop ROI metrics and reporting for operational and Sales Management use, ensuring team performance and direction align with corporate and local revenue goals.
- You will develop an atmosphere of trust, understanding, and assistance within the team, contributing to an overall team spirit throughout the assigned region.
- You should have a strong understanding of the LATAM region and a track record of selling OpenText solutions to large enterprise customers in the region.
- Industry expertise is a plus.
- You should be self-motivating, a problem solver, task owner, and problem resolver.
- You should be able to operate under minimal supervision with judgment for independent actions.
- You should have strong presentation and explanation skills.
- You should have excellent solution selling and value-based selling approach.
- You should have knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of EIM solutions.
- You should be able to travel as required.
