Main Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to the Solution Consulting team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality support to our sales teams.
- Portfolio Development: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Enterprise Information Management (EIM) portfolio, staying up-to-date on the latest solutions and technologies.
- Business Development: Work closely with our sales teams to qualify opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring we are well-positioned to win deals.
- Deal Ownership: Take personal ownership of key deals, working closely with our sales teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to track team performance and ensure we are meeting business objectives.
- Team Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication.
