Job Title: Pre-Sales Solutions Expert

Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Solutions Expert is a key member of our sales team, responsible for understanding customer needs and matching them with Noggin's products and solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Solution Design and Demo: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase Noggin's capabilities and serve as the product expert in meetings.
  • Deal Support and Pipeline Management: Contribute to proposals by clearly documenting customer needs and aligning Noggin's solutions. Manage CRM data and ensure deals are qualified before investing pre-sales resources.
  • Revenue Performance: Ensure that you are contributing to closure of revenue as per the agreed performance KPIs.
  • Marketing Support: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to share customer insights, refine communication strategies, and enhance value propositions.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, information technology, or computer science, or equivalent qualifications or experience.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • A minimum of 5 years commercial experience in business or software analysis, with at least 2 in a senior role.
    • Fluent English.
    • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis, and pre-sales consulting and the preparation of pre-sales documents.
    • Demonstrated experience in analyzing the needs of prospective customers against an existing product set, and providing advice on how solutions can be delivered using those products.
    • Experience with ownership of the client relationship and front-line stakeholder engagement.
    • Experience working within project teams in a software development context.
    • Market or product analysis for software products.
    • Business development or sales experience.
