As part of our Global Customer Success organization, the Pre-Sales Center of Expertise provides our customers with the best technical and commercial competence. Our Technical Pre-Sales Consultants act as trusted partners to our worldwide customers and Sales teams by identifying customers' requirements and designing commercially viable solutions from within the company's product portfolio and leading opportunity qualification, delivering demos, and preparing quotes and commercial proposals.
We're seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant based in Atlanta, Georgia or Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this exciting role, you'll provide Pre-sales technical and commercial expertise and act as a product evangelist and trusted consultant to our customers and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main link between sales and project delivery teams, ensuring a close working relationship and successful conversion from initial interest to Professional services handover for project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal sales teams by acting as a product expert to define solutions that meet the technical requirements, using the existing portfolio.
- Support the sales teams in customer meetings, delivering custom demonstrations, proof of concepts, time and resource estimations, high-level designs, RFP replies, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Provide and present product demonstrations (onsite and remote demos), including advanced product features and benefits specific to customer requirements.
- Assess the technical integrity and risks inherent in a solution in the context of a business requirement so that the proposed recommendations are appropriate and implementable.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Global teams.
- Proven experience with real-time graphics design and virtual set technologies.
- Proven experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Pre-sales, Solution Architect, or Technical Product Evangelist roles
- Experience in the broadcast industry and software for TV Productions.
- Experience with working with Cloud Environments, preferably AWS and IP technologies, preferably NDI and 2110.
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude, highly responsive to customer requirements, and ability to work on multiple requests running in parallel
- Availability to travel as necessary to present Vizrt systems and integrations at customer sites across the Americas.
- Business fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a distinct advantage
