Global Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead program management and drive business requirements definition through collaboration with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze complex processes, partner with technology representatives, and define strategic target states.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze and optimize global asset servicing operations to ensure successful execution across the change agenda.
- Prepare comprehensive business requirements documentation and work closely with technology partners to support testing and implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with the program team to ensure readiness for go-live and assist operations leads in ensuring smooth transition.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to track and demonstrate value through transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with a fast learning ability to understand complex processes.
- Proven delivery track record and attention to detail, with a strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong business analysis skills, with the ability to manage product improvement effectively.
