We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a tax specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
As a tax associate, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients face-to-face and virtually. You will also prepare accurate tax returns, grow business, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct tax interviews with clients and provide expert advice.
- Prepare accurate and timely tax returns.
- Bid on new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
- Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (preferred).
- Previous customer service experience (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work 25-35 hours weekly during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with virtual tools and technology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
