Business Analysis Opportunity

Skillful business analysts are needed for a remote, flexible project-based development work. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will integrate into client teams and work alongside existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate into client teams and collaborate with existing team members.
  • Conduct system modeling using UML and BPMN, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Utilize ERP, CRM, and enterprise-level systems to drive business outcomes.
  • Coordinate test planning and UAT efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional business analyst experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in system modeling tools (UML, BPMN) and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level systems.
  • Hands-on experience with test planning and UAT coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity tools or frameworks.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
