Regional Account Manager Job Description

As a seasoned Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating business opportunities and driving sales processes from initiation to closure. Your primary goal will be to achieve quarterly sales targets through strategic planning, relationship-building, and effective communication with mid-size enterprise accounts in the Retail segment.

This role requires an individual who can leverage their expertise in network security products and services to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of quota achievement, demonstrated career stability, and excellent presentation skills to executives and individual contributors.

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage sales pipelines to ensure successful closure of deals.
  • Achieve agreed-upon quarterly sales goals by developing and executing targeted sales strategies.
  • Qualify opportunities accurately forecast pipeline, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • SALES: Typically requires 5-8 years of field sales experience selling to mid-size enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to sell solutions to mid-size enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle.
  • Sales experience selling to mid-size enterprise accounts in the Retail segment.
  • Knowledge of Government processes (Laws 8.666, 14.133, 13.303, PPP 11.079, and ARP).
  • Experience in sales and previous relationships with accounts in these states of operation.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a BS or equivalent experience, with a graduate degree preferred.
