  • Product Roadmap Development: Define and execute product roadmaps for our storage solutions, balancing technical requirements with market needs.
  • Market Opportunity Identification: Identify market opportunities and develop business cases for new product development.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Technology Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of storage technology trends and evolving customer requirements.
  • Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product specifications.
  • Timely Product Delivery: Manage product development timelines and ensure on-time delivery of new products.
  • Product Performance Management: Monitor and manage existing product performance, making recommendations for improvements or end-of-life decisions.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide product training and sales enablement support to internal teams.
  • Performance Metrics Establishment: Establish KPIs to measure product success and create regular performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in the storage industry or IT hardware.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of storage technologies (SSDs, DRAM, memory cards).
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Product Launch Experience: Proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Methodologies and Tools: Experience with product management methodologies and tools.
