As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring seamless communication. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with accommodation partners, facilitating frequent performance calls, and collaborating to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new potential partners and establish connections for further follow-up
- Take ownership of customer service escalations related to your portfolio and resolve them efficiently
- Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners and participate in partner events
Requirements:
- Solution-oriented and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence partners over the phone
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Portuguese written and verbal, with authorization to work in Brazil
