About the Role

Rakuten Global is seeking a highly skilled Digital Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with key publishers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the growth and development of a large group portfolio, focusing on driving new active partnerships and increasing revenue.
  • Provide support and guidance to publishers, understanding their goals and objectives to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) growth.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with key contacts, utilizing webinars, meetings, emails, and support tickets to build strong relationships.
  • Act as a point of escalation for resolving publisher issues, working closely with the Publisher Support team.
  • Collaborate with the Clients Services group, working closely with Senior CS leaders to drive business growth.
  • Develop, maintain, and extend relationships internally and externally, leveraging Rakuten Advertising products to upsell and increase adoption.
  • Diversify partnership opportunities and provide marketing support and guidance to publishers.
  • Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and defining project objectives, scope, and resource requirements in alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, publisher, or affiliate marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or internship experience preferred.
  • Good level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced English and Portuguese language skills (desired).
  • Knowledge of publisher business models to standardize approach to opportunity sizing.
