Program Manager, International Sellers Latam

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Global Selling into Latam team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of international sellers on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Lead programs to improve the Cross Border Seller Experience and define high-priority improvements to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and execute projects on time and with high-quality standards.
- Effectively communicate project progress within the organization.
- Work with internal teams to drive system, tool, and process improvements/implementation that affect purchasing and operations workflow, with a focus on automating manual tasks.
- Develop analysis of key business metrics and develop recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Program teams to enhance selection recommendation tools for international sellers.
- Develop programmatic tools to drive performance increases on specific Cross Border Sales channels.
A typical day in this role will involve reviewing recurring business metrics, proposing improvements, and working with international sales teams to identify seller process improvements. You will also work with external partners to simplify the selection recommendation process for sellers and enhance the selection strategy for international business in Latin America.

To be successful in this role, you will need to feel comfortable navigating broad and diverse topics such as taxes, accounting, international trade, marketing, operations, and working with tech teams.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
